A. University Student ID Card

The University issues student ID cards upon acceptance & enrollment. The official University identification card is non-transferable. The ID card remains the property of the University, is governed by the University regulations, and expires when the holder is no longer affiliated with the University.

B. Transcript Service:
The University will provide you with one transcript at no charge when you graduate from your program. If you wish to order additional transcripts, send a written request containing your signature to the Office of the Registrar. The fee for an official copy is $10.00 by air mail or US$50 by express mail.  Transcript request online.
 
C. Embassy Legalization
Pebble Hills University degree can be notarized, authenticated and apostilled by the Government and hence will be accepted by country as per Hague Convention.
Embassy Legalization is a process wherein documents issued in one country are authenticated by the issuing country authorities such that the document is deemed legitimate for use abroad . It serves as evidence that the document was issued by the person(s) claiming to execute the document, on the date, and place of execution. A competent official certifies this document to be authentic for international use. i.e. proof that the document is genuine and not fraudulent.
 
Documents sent to member nations, completed with an Apostille at the state level, may be submitted directly to the member nation without further action.

D. Evaluation of Foreign Education Credentials
Pebble Hills University degrees can be attested as equivalent to US regionally accredited degrees and Royal Charter accredited degree, considered to the highest form of accreditation in the world by agencies.
 
An evaluation report is an individualized, written report describing each certificate, diploma or degree you have earned in a foreign country while specifying its U.S. equivalent.
 
The Course-by-Course Evaluation is utilized when applying for employment, further education, certification and licensure to support an immigration application. The evaluation begins with all of the services that the General Statement Evaluation provides, and includes a breakdown of all courses, credits and grades.

E. Hardcopy Degree Verification Statement sent by Express Mail
Students who require a letter of Degree Verification may request this letter by email at registrar@pebblehills.edu. The charge for this service is US$50. Please allow 10 days for processing.
 
F. Edict Certification by S.O.COUNCIL FOR DISTANCE EDUCATION,CULTURE & FAITH, SEBORGA

G. The International Student Identity Card (ISIC) [SAMPLE CARD]

 
Students of Pebble Hills University can now apply for The International Student Identity Card (ISIC), ISIC is the most widely accepted proof of international student identification which also helps save hundreds of dollars at home and abroad with incredible discounts only available to ISIC holders. The International Student ID card (ISIC) is the premier discount and identity document for students. More than 5 million students around the world will purchase an ISIC card this year. To qualify for your International Student ID card, you must be age 12 or older and currently enrolled as a full-time degree seeking student at an accredited institution. Continuing education, language school, and non-degree seeking students are not eligible. Interested students may contact us at admin@pebblehills.edu for further information.
 
Relationship with UNESCO
The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is an entity that promotes international co-operation among its 191 Member States and 6 Associate Members in the fields of education, science, culture and communication. UNESCO shares a close relationship with ISTC, endorses ISIC and recognizes it as a unique document that is the official internationally recognized proof of student status. ISIC, ITIC and IYTC also feature the UNESCO logo.

H. International Student Exchange Card (ISE)

Pebble Hills University is qualified to applied for  the International Student Exchange Card (ISE). ISE Cardholders are able to enjoy discounts in a variety of countries throughout the world. These discounts are either negotiated directly with ISE, or they are offered to ISE cardholders automatically as a result of the ISE Card's status as an internationally recognized identification card.
